Technical Chart Study:

Biofil Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals has already given wonderful technical breakout few weeks before. After high volume breakout it has been giving healthy correction and now consolidating at support level as drawn in the chart. Technical chart is showing clearly that Biofil has given really a strong breakout and healthy retesting the breakout level. A regular bullish divergence is clearly visible in the daily chart and RSI clearly recovered from lower level though RSI in weekly chart looks still weak but overall technical chart is indicating this type of breakout can give wonderful movement in near future. Only need to keep patience here.

Fundamental Study:

As per Fundamental data Biofil looks good also. it's PE is less than industry PE ratio which is good. Price to Book value is high as per data. Deliverable percentage from last 8 days are superb and it is 100% which is wonderful. Debt vs reserves condition is not so good. Actually it's negative and company's reserves quality is negative. Asset quality is increasing gradually. Operating profit, reported Net Profit and Earning Per Share all data is average and increasing gradually. Current Ratio, Debt to Equity ratio and Interest Coverage ratio all ratios are really superb.
